ABSTRACT:
Indian education has been an influential education system in the global society during ancient and medieval times. The traditional Indian education system is mentioned in extensive written form in Indian literature, the practice of imparting education through well-organized institutions like Gurukuls and Universities was developed in India by the Rishi tradition. In which many students from all over the world came to study, the Gurukul tradition was instrumental in taking knowledge acquisition, development of intellect, discovery and research to the top level. Rishi science and Indian research and research reached its peak in many golden phases during ancient and medieval times, which has been the foundation and main factor for the development of current science. During the Middle Ages in India, brilliant students from all over the world came to study in educational institutions like Nalanda and Vallabhi and were trained as highly educated intellectuals and experts in various fields. In these institutions, experts in various subjects and fields were trained by excellent gurus and principals by imparting education in many subjects like agriculture, metallurgy, astronomy, planetary science, Ayurveda, mantra science, religious rituals, animal husbandry, various sciences for conservation, languages of animals and birds, planetary science, health science, construction and sculpture.
